Sunday is where we come together, feast and break bread across our Kitchen Table. We will offer a big Sunday Summer Roast plus will have various options for those who just want to grab a bite between acts. Entertainment will run all day and late into the night as we celebrate the last night together.
Anyone that has ever stayed with us knows that breakfast is always the first order of the day after a big night so on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, we’ll be soothing heads and settling stomachs with Breakfast and a Bloody Mary, on us.
Throughout the weekend there will be amazing things to make you laugh, music to get down to, food to make your mouth water and space to gather together, sit and while away the time with friends old and new. With a variety of things to do, you can choose to tap in or tap out, it’s all up to you.
Homestead will take place at Fernhill Farm, Cheddar Road, Compton Martin, Bristol, BS40 6LD. Approximately 30 mins / 20 miles from the centers of Bristol and Bath in the heart of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Somerset.
Homestead will take place on Friday 18th, Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July 2025.
The party starts on Friday 18th at 3pm when we’ll throw open the gates and let you all in to get pitched up. Music and celebrations end on Sunday night so you must be off site by 3pm Monday to let the sheep and pigs get back to their routine.
So you heard that Homestead is strictly for over 25s. Why, we hear you ask? We have kids, young adults now in fact. We have done festivals with dedicated kids areas and won awards for that… so why are we now doing an event which isn’t just for over 18s but over 25s?
Because we feel there isn’t a space like this for our age group now. Because when you get older you want something different… and because we can I guess.
Homestead is about escapism and relaxation and to do that, you don’t need a small person jumping on your head at 7am for breakfast, or tripping over lit up buggies in the dark late at night, or negotiating around groups of marauding teenagers. There’s plenty out there for them but we wanted to create something just for grown ups.
Please visit the Skiddle Help pages or call the lovely team on 0333 301 0101 and they’ll get you sorted.
We only do weekend passes…but you are free to come and go as you please over the weekend once you have your wristband on.
That's correct! Your ticket price includes parking. If you want to bring your own campervan, there is space for them also. Caravans are also welcome. You just might be asked to move your towing vehicle to the car park for the weekend.
There is no additional charge for any kind of parking but we ask you to think responsibly and limit vehicles and car share where possible.
You can camp, caravan or glamp! We include car parking, camping and campers/caravans in the ticket price so no need to get a separate ticket. The camping fields are adjacent to the entertainment space on one side and the car park the other, so not miles to walk. There will be beautiful luxury bell tents available to hire for the weekend - they’re pre-pitched by our wonderful partners Tinkerbell Tents. Please click here for more information on how to book and pricing.
You can bring gazebos/event shelters but please bring one reasonable sized one per group - we’ve got plenty of covered seating around the site so please be considerate of your fellow campers if you do bring them. We don't restrict tent sizes just remember it's only a couple of nights so please think about those camped around you and the space you actually need.
There are hot showers in the main camping area and around the farm, they are free to use at any time. Just watch your water consumption as it is an active farm still so we don’t want to waste water.
We’re mindful about our power consumption on site, so there are no electric hookups available for tents/campers/caravans (this year… but watch this space for the future!).
Also fire pits / barbeques are not allowed in any of the camping areas. Please do not bring them to Homestead. Gas burners are allowed but only small sizes and again we ask you to think and act responsibility with anything that involves open flames.
You can indeed, for your own use but please remember no glass is permitted on-site so decant everything before you arrive. We also have several very reasonably priced bars on site - we have kept the price of the bars in line with the real world and we won’t charge you £1 for a cup so please bear that in mind before you bring half the booze aisle.. Small events rely on bar income so we can make the event amazing for you.
We will take contactless, card & cash payments. Please note that due to the size of the event, we won't have any cash machines on-site though.
